We assist clients in obtaining finance from a bank, non-bank lender or commercial finance provider - to help fund their working capital and/ or expansion capital requirements. We respond promptly to lenders’ requests for information and clarification, to make the process as smooth as possible.

RAISING CAPITAL - PRIVATE EQUITY

Through our professional network, we can identify and introduce our clients to potential private debt and equity investors. We work with our clients in the preparation of their budgets; financial forecasts; and in documenting their investment (value) proposition - for presentation.
